Reporting directly to the Group Sustainability Director, I am in charge of transforming sustainability into a driver of growth for JJA and its brands, while managing ESG data across the group and ensuring ESG reporting.Main missionsESG Reporting & Compliance - Leading the CSRD deployment : analyzing regulatory developments (Omnibus), coordinating different contributors, preparing ESG data, and aligning with ESRS standards- Managing ESG KPI reporting and dashboards (Power BI)- Identifying key ESG risks and implementing mitigation measuresClimate & Environmental Impact- Conducting the annual carbon footprint assessment (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) across all entities- Identifying decarbonization levers and defining and monitoring a SBTi-aligned reduction roadmap- Implementing an eco-social design approach and improving the product sustainability scoring tool- Coordinating relationships with ESG consultants and SBTi stakeholdersSustainable Communication & Stakeholder Engagement- Ensuring brand compliance with sustainable communication principles and supporting internal and external ESG communications- Managing partnerships with NGOsSustainability Operations- Supporting the implementation of AGEC regulation across operations- Conducting continuous monitoring of ESG regulations and best practices
