Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements.• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, or meetings to assess client needs.• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s industry, processes, and workflows.• Support the development of product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions targeted at banks, Fintech and other participants across Latin-American, with a strong focus on innovation.• Identify trends and opportunities to create new ideas and/or improve existing solutions to elevate the company portfolio of payment solutions.• Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within Business Solution Group team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to solve complex challenges.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, product presentations and demonstrations to uncover opportunities for breakthrough product features and enhancements.• Prepare RFIs and RFPs responses, coordinating with the BGS group, sales, product and delivery the materials and documents required as well as preparing the commercial quote. • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to define product requirements, prioritise innovative features, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that push industry boundaries.• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the achievement of the sales targets for the region.• Use data and analytics to drive product/sales decisions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.• Engage directly with business suppliers to understand their pain points and uncover opportunities for creative, innovative solutions.• Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring payment solutions meet and exceed the evolving needs of B2B suppliers.• Ensure that payment solutions comply with relevant financial regulations and standards across the region, while innovating around secure and compliant methods.
