Leonard is a chief architect within technology strategy working predominately with Financial Services clients to enable complex operational and technology transformations that deliver strategic business outcomes. Recently, Leonard was the lead architect at the an Investment Bank responsible for the design of enhanced data governance and quality services required to meet key short-term regulatory commitments and allow, in the long-term, a reduction of collateral set-aside to mitigate the risk of poor data quality. Prior to that Leonard developed the Investment Bank Lead Enterprise Architect. This involved collaborating across Business and Technology to agree business outcomes and then demonstrate how the multi-year technology strategies underpinned those outcomes. The result was an agreed programme portfolio that included funding for regulatory programmes, new strategic technology platforms and existing technology maintenance and sustainability objectives.Leonard has been engaged in a range of client roles always in a chief architect position, supporting our clients to navigate the challenges of setting and delivering ambitious enterprise and technology strategies that position the organisation to win in a hyper competitive and fast changing environment.
