Developing relevant processes and systems for monitoring, tracking and reporting activities and progress with input from the WB & PL Steering Group, and when necessary in collaboration with Strategic Planning and Performance, Careers and Employability, Student Mobility and Quality & Standards teams- Managing the maintenance and collection of accurate project records and key data. Providing regular progress and monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders as required, making recommendations which feed into the project plans- Identifying, documenting and updating procedures and policies for new and existing areas of work and systems in collaboration with key stakeholders, in particular Careers and Employability, Student Mobility and Quality and Standards- Managing and maintaining project management information and documentation in keeping with the timelines and overall project aims- Working in collaboration with relevant Academic and Professional Services colleagues in line with the objectives set for the project and by the Work Based and Placement Learning Project Manager, to initiate actions, monitor progress, and resolve issues- Researching and analysing project performance data to produce regular project progress reports to the WB & PL Steering Group and other relevant stakeholder groups- Engaging with and building effective relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, development and monitoring of project documentation- Responsibility for monitoring quality assurance and the overall consistency of the project with internal processes, in collaboration with Academic Standards, Student Mobility and Careers and Employability as well as Strategic Planning and Performance teams.
