   Manage 15+ direct reports (Contracted Physical Security Ops) and physical sec. enhancement projects to ensure all aspects of physical security for QuantumScape. Develop/Audit and Review KPIs with Physical security team for personnel improvement and site support requirements. Designed/Created company\'s 1st SOC (Security Ops. Center) for monitoring all on site activities and ACM alarm response capabilities for physical security teams. Created Security P.O./G.O. documentation and defined all SOWs/SOPs for physical security to adhere by for site instructions. Program/Design ACM software layout and 1502 panel systems for all access control points for each facility to meet site standards for office and labs configurations. i.e. adding/upgrading software and application features to exceed internal/external requirements of program integrity. Collaborate with local IT and Cyber teams to ensure all configurations meet set requirements for the company. Program/Design for ACC software and servers/switch gear for all server locations. Troubleshoot and repair camera input/output configurations within designated subnet. Manage and Maintain licensing/software agreements of the ACM and ACC systems to ensure all configurations are active for site requirements. Conduct detailed Threat and Risk Assessments for leadership to further improve and enhance provided recommendations to overall physical security/safety aspects of site experience. Collaborate with Finance and Procurement depts. to provide vetted contractor RFPs for site projects with materials and labor confirmations. Active Security committee member who reviews contract negotiations with physical security bid’s that best align with Quantumscape\'s requirements for site. Create projects pertaining to physical security for new hardware for the ACM/ACC systems and defined configuration requirements for Top secret, Confidential, and public spaces.
