Requirements include using independent judgment in prioritizing and expediting units and examining warranty claims to produce better quality and speedy turnaround of customer requests. Main Goal is to get the customer what he needs by marshalling all available resources and leading the effort until resolution. Using CRM, records valuable information for future use.
