Take ownership of my worksites, acting as the leader, clearly setting my expectations to those under my supervision.Familiarise my team with the safety management systems that are in place & ensure compliance with SMS to ensure there is a safe work environment is in place.I manage all related risks at my work sites, I ensure all risks are ALARP before commencing any operation. Continuingly reviewing risk at my worksites.Perform well hand-over’s acting as well owner, being responsible for well control of wells under my control. Ensuring that there is regular Well Control scenarios drills so everyone is aware of their Roles and Responsibilities.Supervise all well intervention and service operations on location by acting as the visible and credible leader to my team and the rest of the location and client management. I identify all required support services & liaise with client on site management and support services to ensure timely delivery of required support servicesCreate an open culture within my teams by encouraging respect, intervention and compliance.Communicate verbally and by written means effectively. This includes daily and other reports as required by the clientMaintaining safety integrity of wellheads and xmas trees throughout the execution of the programmed activities.Liaise and interface with the relevant platform discipline supervision during the preparation and execution of well operations.Mentor less experienced members of my crew and colleagues and provide assessment on peers as part of their competence assessmentEnsure well operations do not vary from the approved programmes without proper authorisation being obtained via the Client offshore representative. Ensure client management of change system is employed appropriately.Ensuring activities undertaken or supervised are professionally conducted, with due consideration for the safety of personnel, equipment and the environment.
