WORK HISTORY
Cyber Security Analyst @siberX
Toronto, ON, CA
During my internship at siberX, I immersed myself in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity innovation. I participated in live breach simulations and supported national-level conferences such as CISO Forum Canada and the Operation Defend The North (ODTN) project. I researched and analyzed real-world cybersecurity incidents/crisis, from AI-driven misinformation campaigns to ransomware attacks targeting critical infrastructure. I produced multiple white papers documenting attack vectors, discovery methods, containment strategies, lessons learned, and cost considerations. This experience sharpened my ability to translate complex technical incidents into structured, professional reports aligned with industry standards. I learned to communicate actionable insights in a way that is accessible to technical, executive, and legal audiences.Additional contributions included:• Supporting the creation of training content, including cybersecurity news updates and community engagement strategies• Particapted to the TTX (tabletop exercise) on how to handled a high level incident using DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), and NIST | CSF framework. This experience deepened my understanding of real-world cybersecurity challenges and allowed me to work alongside industry and organization in a hands-on, mission-driven setting.
