During a Startup Weekend, I collaborated with a diverse team to develop a cohesive business idea from scratch in just three days. This fast-paced, high-stakes environment honed my ability to think critically, pivot strategies, and execute innovative solutions under pressure. Currently, I work at Kings Island, where I’ve embraced the challenges of a dynamic, customer-facing role. Operating independently in high-energy settings has reinforced my self-sufficiency, resilience, and ability to adapt to ever-changing business environments. Now, I am eager to channel my skills into a consulting internship with Deloitte, where I can contribute my problem-solving mindset and work ethic to help businesses navigate complex challenges.    At this job I worked servicing customers in a more crew member led environment, instead of managers leading the show crew members did most of the work with light supervision. This job went successfully and I really enjoyed it because of my previously developed people skills. Operating stands by myself really put my problem solving skills to the test and increased my self-sufficiency. I am now on leave from this position due to college but I plan to work here again during the winter and summer breaks.
