Known for his ability to quickly synthesize disparate information and identify its strategic significance, Leonard has advanced rapidly throughout his career. Leonard was formerly Vice President Finance for Kings Hawaiian Holding Company. Previously, he held the role as Director of Finance. During his tenure he played a key role facilitating a $160M credit facility. Prior to joining Kings Hawaiian, Leonard was the Director of Finance for Circor Aerospace, a division of Circor International (CIR). Here he led all financial planning activities and led the accounting team. Additionally, he was the point person for the integration of an acquisition and all related due diligence. Prior to this role, Leonard drove performance at Hussmann Corporation. Within this role Leonard was financially responsible for the Western Territory and all service and operation branches. During this tenure he partnered with the V.P. of the Western Region to turnaround operating income performance from (5%) to 12% within 18 months. Holding a broad range of management and support positions for both large and small companies has provided Leonard with a diverse set of experiences and has accelerated his skill set.
