Manages the designated scope of construction work with adequate assigned resources to assure project success (i.e, Process Units, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical piping systems, HVAC, and Facilities Management.)• Ensures the installation sequencing requirements across all craft disciplines are appropriately communicated to the Work Control/Planning Process• Ensures integration with other Area Construction Managers for project priorities. • Ensures all work is performed to the applicable codes and standards (e.g. ASME, AWS, ACI, etc.)• Ensures constructability reviews are performed for assigned scope to validate installation sequences are planned and accurate to optimize construction efficiency, and significantly reduce or eliminate rework)• Manage craft resources in the transition from initial bulk commodity construction build-out to an area completion strategy and lastly to a systemized approach to support safe/efficient start-up and commissioning• Manages subordinates and craft to the highest Safety and ethical standards. Responsible for the daily direction of Superintendents, 300+ craft, and three Contractors.
