There\'s a lot going on in our world right now. It\'s not easy to keep track of everything, isn\'t it? Our thoughts revolve around the same questions every day. Who are we? Why are we here? I also ask myself these questions. Over and over again. Do you want to know my answers for now? I want to motivate my company to never forget the heart of its existence: Their employees. I want support the organizational development to make such a big term as “organizational culture” more tangible. My big WHY is to connect people and to unite them in business processes, because we as humans are the interface for any economic success. After all, we have built our economic systems - haven\'t we? So who am I? I am Leona, a psychologist and systemic coach, I am passionate about breaking through existing patterns by asking appropriate and sometimes also inappropriate questions. Because we are the change we want to see.
