I’m a multi-site workspace operations and commercial leader currently managing a regional portfolio for IWG plc, overseeing 5 flexible workspace locations across Lancashire with expansion to 9 centres.Within the senior leadership team my role combines operations, sales leadership and commercial strategy, ensuring each location not only operates efficiently but achieves strong occupancy and revenue growth in competitive office markets.I specialise in scaling and transforming workspace centres, with experience across:• Multi-site operations and portfolio performance• Driving occupancy growth through local sales strategy and deal negotiation• Recruiting, developing and leading high-performing centre teams• Opening new workspace locations and ensuring operational readiness• Positioning serviced offices competitively against conventional office spaceEarlier in my career with IWG, I was appointed to manage SPACES Peter House, one of the company’s flagship centres, within just three months of joining the organisation. The centre had experienced significant operational challenges and high staff turnover prior to my appointment. Over two years I stabilised operations, rebuilt the team and implemented processes that improved performance and team retention.My first role with the business was as Community Sales Manager in Altrincham, where the location quickly achieved 100% occupancy and became one of the most successful partnership locations in the region.A key part of my current role is ensuring our centres are commercially ready for clients, not just operationally compliant. This includes designing the full customer journey, building local market awareness, and enabling centre teams to actively drive revenue through tours, negotiations and client relationship management.
