My experience spans both the retail and digital betting markets across Trading, Central Risk, Operations, Retail Leadership, and Responsible Gaming.I’ve worked with several market-leading consumer brands including Betfair, Sky Bet, PaddyPower, Fanduel, Tombola, Ladbrokes and Coral, owned by two of the largest players in the industry Flutter Entertainment & Entain. This has involved operating in highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments across both online and retail channels.My exposure includes trading performance and controls, executive level reporting, central risk oversight, frontline operational delivery, and safer gambling frameworks. I’ve worked closely with trading teams, central risk functions, and retail leadership, giving me a practical understanding of how commercial decisions translate into customer outcomes and regulatory risk.I’m comfortable operating in fast-paced, compliance-led environments where judgement, escalation quality, and accuracy matter.
