I am an ITIL-qualified Release, Environment & Delivery Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering large-scale IT transformation programmes across banking, utilities, retail, energy, and government sectors.I’m an experienced Cutover Manager and Project Delivery Lead specialising in large-scale platform migrations, complex release cycles, and high-stakes technology change across insurance and financial services.I focus on bringing structure, clarity, and control to fast-moving programmes — whether that’s delivering end-to-end cutovers, building model office/pre-production environments, coordinating multi-supplier teams, or managing the full release lifecycle from planning through post-go-live support.I’ve led delivery for major platform transitions, including PAS migrations supporting hundreds of business users, where I managed third-party suppliers (functional and development teams), aligned technical and business stakeholders, and established repeatable cutover and readiness processes.
