A Chartered Professional Accountant & Chartered Financial Analyst with over 10 years of Audit and Risk Management experience. I have held a variety of roles in Client Solutions, Business Management, External and Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, and Financial Crime Risk Management, across three lines of defenses in wholesale banking. In my current role as Director, Client Solutions, I am responsible for providing clients advisory support for first line relationship managers in Correspondent Banking, Trade Finance and Corporate Cash Management. Previously, as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Governance & Road to Strong, Financial Crime Risk Management, I was responsible for shaping the governance and oversight of AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruptions, our team developed impactful executive dashboards and enhances policies & standards and testing programs. As a Senior Manager in Global Transaction Banking AML Advisory, I led a team in providing second-line oversight, challenging first-line procedures, risk reporting and approval of client onboarding. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring TD Securities\' adherence to the highest standards of compliance.I volunteered as a Co-Chair Board of Director at the Community One Foundation, one of Canada\'s most established 2SLGBTQ+ charities; in existence for over 40 years. As a Board Treasurer, I was responsible for executive oversight of the strategy, operations and finances of the organization.
