Discovery Communications Class: I support pupils with various needs: SEN, ASC, MLD, PMLD, Severe Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. I worked with pupils 1:1 and in small groups supporting their different ability levels. I work with other professionals, managing behaviour, preparing classrooms for lessons, tidying up and keeping the classroom in good order. I use PECS and Makaton to support communication with the students. I contribute to data entry of Behaviour Management Logs. I also supported Exam invigilation.
