Oversees technical progress and operations of the ECLSS on the International Space Station (ISS)• Oversees Prime and Sub-Prime contractor activities related to design, development, operational, and sustaining engineering of ISS Program requirements for ISS ECLSS hardware and sub-systems.• Assists in preparing and formulating flight support products for mission evaluation activities of the ISS.• Works on and delegates ECLSS activities related to evaluation and resolution of technical issues at the component, sub-system, and system level.• Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and effective delegation of responsibilities, while developing and coordinating assignments across the entire ISS ECLSS System Management team to ensure alignment, performance, and mission success.• Communicates technical issues, concerns, and any other technical authority topics to both programmatic customers and engineering management.• Lead SpaceX Crew Dragon integration to ISS ECLSS• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive oversight of the design, development, testing, certification, and delivery of the ECLS Water subsystems, collaborating closely with the prime contractor and suppliers• Lead technical integration, issue resolution, and systems engineering efforts, including establishing and executing verification and validation processes and evaluating evidence to support the Certification of Flight Readiness requirements• Actively identify, manage, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks associated with the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the ISS and CLDP ECLSS• Lead the coordination and integration of government-furnished equipment and international partner components into the ISS ECLSS, overseeing interface definition, integrated testing, and verification activities• Lead technical support to exploration space technologies including Sabatier, CO2 Management System, and Methane Reduction Device
