ABOUT LEON BUTLER

AboutI’ve spent more than two decades helping to reshape how the UK’s logistics industry moves goods — from the warehouse floor to the open road.As Managing Director at Transdek UK, part of the Hörmann Group, I lead a team driven by one simple goal: to make loading and transport smarter, safer and more sustainable. My career has been built on innovation. From developing the first modular loading systems that changed how retailers use space, to launching double-deck trailers that carry more while emitting less — I’ve seen how good engineering can transform supply chains and the environment.I’m proud to have helped Transdek win the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Innovation) not once, but twice — recognition of our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering real-world results for customers.Today, my focus is on helping logistics operators prepare for the future — with modular, scalable solutions that reduce costs, carbon and complexity. Whether it’s rethinking how we load, how we build, or how we connect technology with transport, I believe the next decade in logistics will belong to those willing to innovate boldly and lead with purpose.
