I am a healthcare professional determined to excel. Having over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I’m equipped to work in a healthcare setting while performing the duties promptly. My responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of staff, staff development, education, training, and assessment of facilities to identify current barriers, future barriers, and suggested solutions. Writing, revising, and managing systems, policies, procedures, and standardizing practices. Education and training in detailed testing and inspection of surgical instruments. All supplies and equipment are distributed to the department following approved infection control practices and accepted national standards. I was meticulous regarding correct procedures while interacting professionally with other departments. This practice has created tremendous culture change within the healthcare industry. I enjoy traveling and serving people. One of my strengths is developing relationships which is a key factor in customer service.
