After over a decade of experience in the local market, I decided to take the plunge and launch my own ethical recruitment business, specialising in Finance & Accounting at all levels.I believe that business has a bigger role to play in society than just making a profit. Being future conscious and aware of how our actions affect people and the planet is more important now than it ever has been. This is why our purpose is to pioneer the ‘Conscious Recruitment’ mindset; putting people, planet and progress first. Pledging 3% of sales to local charities and the environment. To me, being \'conscious\' means doing all we can for our stakeholders, not only customers and shareholders, but also our employees, our suppliers, our community, and the environment. I have created a company that aligns with my own values, and I hope it resonates with people as much as it does for me.
