Leo is an experienced Data Engineer that builds data platforms to help organisations achieve their tactical and strategic goals. He is comfortable leading fast-paced projects tackling novel challenges in a collaborative work environment. Leo is currently at Montagu, a leading mid-market private equity firm with €12bn assets under management. Leo started his career in IT Transformation & Data consulting, where he garnered a variety of experience covering global transformation programmes and innovative PoCs. Moving in-house as a Senior Data Engineer at AnyVan, he led development on the Data Platform for the Technology scale-up: overhauling and streamlining the implementation to be more efficient, robust and democratised.Outside of paid work, Leo is on the Scoping & Impact committee for the charity DataKind UK and enjoys yoga, photography and cooking.
