As a Senior Integration Engineer at Skechers, I am responsible for implementing and configuring automated robotic systems and smart warehouse solutions for one of the leading footwear companies in the world. With over six years of experience in the automation and robotics industry, I have developed a strong expertise in warehouse control systems (WCS), warehouse execution systems (WES), and warehouse management systems (WMS).Prior to joining Skechers, I worked as a Deputy Head and a Robotic Implementation Manager at Geek+, a global leader in smart logistics solutions. There, I led multiple projects to design, deploy, and optimize robotic picking and sorting systems for various clients across different industries. I also trained and mentored new hires, motivated and coordinated teams, and adapted quickly to changing requirements and challenges. Currently, I am pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to further enhance my skills and knowledge in managing complex and innovative projects.
