ABOUT LEO CORDINGLEY

I lead recruitment at Pilgrim Foodservice, a family-owned, Lincolnshire-based foodservice business employing over 330 people and supplying hospitality customers across the UK.Following recent investment in a prepared veg facility and purpose-built butchery, we now offer more than products spanning fresh produce, chilled, frozen and locally sourced lines. With over 330 colleagues across the UK, we continue to grow while maintaining the values of a close-knit, customer-focused business.Since 2017, I have specialised in technical and engineering recruitment across the UK and internationally. My focus is on building scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer brand, and forming long-term partnerships with both hiring managers and candidates.
