Agile Software Engineer with a strong interest in platform engineering, distributed systems, and AI. My work focuses on building and operating cloud-native infrastructure platforms, particularly around Kubernetes, automation, and data systems.My interest in technology started during university where I built an autonomous robot capable of self-driving using computer vision and AI techniques, alongside studying artificial intelligence and software engineering. Since then I have focused on applying engineering principles to real-world systems, particularly in environments where reliability, automation, and operational visibility are critical.Outside of software engineering I have developed strong leadership and communication skills through a range of roles. I delivered a TEDx talk on cryptocurrencies in 2019 and have experience teaching and mentoring, including working with children with special educational needs and families from diverse backgrounds.I also work in high-volume event environments, helping lead bar teams at festivals and large venues. These roles involve coordinating teams, managing service during busy periods, and ensuring operations run smoothly under pressure.I enjoy working where technology, operations, and people intersect, building systems that are reliable, scalable, and genuinely useful to the teams who depend on them.
