Provide critical operational support to the global Fish Forever program, optimizing internal systems to enhance workflow efficiency, coordinating cross-functional communication between U.S. and international teams, and implementing process improvements to streamline program operations-Integrate AI solutions throughout operational workflows, automating routine tasks and creating innovative tools that increase team productivity and data analysis capabilities-Facilitate data management across the Fish Forever program, serving as a liaison between country teams and headquarters to ensure accurate reporting of key Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning metrics-Maintain program dashboards with up-to-date information, conduct quality checks on data submissions, and generate comprehensive reports that contextualize program achievements for stakeholders and donors-Manage contract processes for the Global Program Operations team, including preparation of sub-contracts, tracking approval workflows, processing invoices, and maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Train staff on contract development procedures and ensure alignment with updated Rare financial protocols-Project manage an internal Grants Management Working Group, coordinating multiple stakeholders to design and implement more efficient grant administration systems-Coordinate essential administrative functions including scheduling virtual meetings across multiple time zones, managing complex travel logistics for international staff, supporting organizational all-staff meetings, and supporting new employee onboarding.
