ABOUT LEO BEDFORD
At Mindshine, our latest product tackles the problem of work-place stress. Much like the B2C product, it teaches the users how to improve their own mental health. I believe that if you want to be an effective business or leader today, you cannot ignore work-place stress, nor can you implement some low-rent EAP tool, and forget about it. The Mindshine team believe that rather than trying create a low-stress environment, it is better to give the person the tools to thrive in a “normal-stress” environment.
