I am a Senior Associate Attorney at Jen Lee Law, Inc. and Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Alameda County Bar Association. My area of expertise is Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. For 11 years, I was Staff Attorney to the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee - most recently as Senior Counsel - in the Oakland Division of the US Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of California.
