Responsible for supporting 23k customers in the domestic US relating to biotech company’s hardware lifecycle services which encompasses logistics, deployment, repair and recertification support activities throughout all phases of the system’s lifecycle. Other support responsibilities include mobility support, and managed service IT end user computing support for 6 satellite sites located in the domestic US. Sole owner to the Hardware Lifecycle Services (Logistics, Deployment, Repair) SLA’s and KPI’s ensuring support teams are providing a delightful customer service day to day. Working with the Process Manager to build new SOPs to support the teams and keep documented standards, according with our customer requirements. Implementing the best IT practices to improve the Outsourcing Managed Services. Provide oversight to Monthly Services Review meetings to present the Service Level results and recommended corrective action plans to improve services found to be deficient. Collaborate with vendors and internal support partners to ensure seamless support handoff and engagement for edge cases that warrant support overlap.
