Worked closely with the business product owner, stakeholders and Scrum Master to refine and prioritise backlog, driving efficient planning and execution in an agile environment. Providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on expertise to optimise data workflows and enhance overall project delivery.AMP – Led a project team to support the Finance team in modernising the entire reporting suite by transitioning from Excel spreadsheets to Power BI. This transformation streamlined report generation, eliminating repetitive weekly preparation tasks, and enhanced data security through dynamic, role-based data filtering.MitoQ – The company operates multiple e-commerce data streams worldwide, including Amazon, Facebook, and Tmall. I am leading a project team helped build an Azure Cloud Data Platform to ingest and consolidate these data sources with other operational data e.g. Microsoft Business Central, applying business rules within a centralised semantic data model to establish a single source of truth for Power BI reporting. Additionally, Theta provided Power BI specialists to design report wireframes, leveraging modern visualisations for effective data storytelling.
