I am a Director at Routeways Centre Ltd. I am supporting in the strategic oversight/planning of all aspects of the organisation, from diversification of funding streams to people planning. I was brought onto the board to push for innovation, and lasting, sustainable, holistic cultural change. I am currently assisting the CEO with their development, looking at strategic planning, prioritisation, and the HR structure within the organisation. As well as, encouraging a more comprehensive review on our prioritisation process, ensuring goals fit our vision, values, current strategic objectives, and capacity.

ABOUT LEO LEONG
I am a passionate and experienced HR/EDI professional looking to create lasting cultural change in organisations/communities. I am registered partially sighted, and I use my lived experience to bring concepts to life in my service delivery! I founded Unlocking Abilities Together to remove barriers into work/sport for minoritised communities (particularly people with disabilities). We aim to facilitate this by offering consultancy, training, advocacy and critical friend services. I look forward to working with you!
