I am a Founder and Instructor for the first Performing and Visual Arts Magnet Program in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. In 2009, I created the first Digital Arts curriculum for Anne Arundel County and helped establish the first magnet program for the arts at Bates Middle School and Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis, MD. In 2012, I established the first high school level program where I established the programs for Fine Arts and Film and New Media.I am currently the only Full-time faculty for the Film and New Media Program where I am solely tasked to create and implement the curriculum for a 4 year program in Film, Animation, Video/Audio Production, The Adobe Creative Suite, Film History and Media Criticism, Communications, Digital Illustration, Photography, 3D Modeling, and Motion Graphics. In this role, I also maintain and a computer lab, professional audio/video production equipment; as well as, an A/V production studio.
