Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance, inspection and safety functions. Managing over 15L sqft in Chennai with a team of 26 on-roll associates and 400+ off-roll associates.Key Accomplishments:• Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and Retail Groups to ensure continued and future business.• Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality and execution.• To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget.• Leading & encouraging the team to achieve the desired results.• Implementing best market practices for better customer experience.• Review of vendor agreements, performance & on boarding new vendors.• Design & standardization of SOP\'s across all the malls for effective administration.• E Fasilito App – Digital checklist instead of manual paper work. All the restrooms, inside the mall, electrical room, DG room, Transformer yard, all the staircases, Fire exits door & passage, all the artifacts and entire periphery area.• Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and pleasant shopping environment for customers.• Tracker – Hvac tracker, Oil tracker, Daily staff attendance, daily check list tracker, Snag points.
