   Serve in dual roles as Associate Chief Medical Information Officer and Family Practice Physician for a multispecialty integrated health system serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota with employees and 2,125 physicians and credentialed providers. Assess electronic health record (EHR) SOPs, platforms, user needs, and patient workflows to align and streamline informatics operations. Facilitate physician education for new technology upgrades to ensure user utilization. Partner with division leaders to implement KPIs and identify software solutions for daily health system challenges. Act as clinical expert for IS initiatives. Clinical sponsor of strategic projects with specific areas of responsibility of Ambulatory Care, Clinical Inbox, Digital health, and AI solutions. Physician Liaison to Epic Community Connect partner sites.
