I am a Senior User Researcher in the Expert Services team within the Cabinet Office. I spend my time working across government departments driving a digital-first agenda and helping teams put research at the heart of their thinking. With strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, I have wide-ranging toolkit to call upon including ethnographic research, depth interviews, co-creation, focus groups, concept testing, surveys, usability testing and more. I have a particular skill for deconstructing complex concepts and creating simple, step-by-step, logical user experiences. I\'m able to work independently, lead a team effort or act as a contributor and am adept at creating personas, scenarios, wireframes and writing user strategies.My user engagement expertise is born from an innate interest in the individual and a deep curiosity in what makes people tick, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement of product and service design.
