Throughout my professional journey, I have worn multiple hats in various customer service and IT roles, including supervisory, training and development functions, for US-based companies with a robust global presence, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. In addition to my professional experience, I hold several valuable certifications. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master, demonstrating my proficiency in Agile project management methodologies. Furthermore, I have attained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification in Routing and Switching, showcasing my network management and troubleshooting knowledge. The ITIL V4 Foundation Certification further expands my knowledge in IT service management. I completed my education with a Digital Media and IT Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, specializing in Computer Software Development, and have graduated with honours. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas - Manila. I am well-equipped to contribute effectively to future IT and customer service endeavours, with a diverse skill set encompassing IT service management, technical support, training, and customer service.
