My role encompasses the direction of all new and existing lease negotiations, as well as oversight of the development and construction pipeline for a 460+ Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) portfolio across the US, including: 70+ multi-million dollar executed lease agreements annually, managing an expansive broker network, and providing direction during all phases of the transaction. 20+ active ground-up development projects working closely with senior operations leadership as well as entitlement service providers, capital partners, and key developers to deliver Class A facilities supporting ambitious company growth goals. 40+ large capital improvement projects annually, finding the right cost-benefit balance while fostering relationships with Landlords and maintaining long-term site/lease control.
