ABOUT LEONARD ROTHMAN

Engage Your Teams & Continue Leading - CEOs & Business Leaders who are Working from Home What\'s your aspiration given the current reality? To work in FLOW is to operate with ease with the task at hand, using your innate abilities to achieve exponential outcomes. I can help you achieve it, beginning with our very first conversation. My mission is to be the wind beneath the wings of those seeking to further strengthen their leadership during the current business and personal environment through the application of a process I call Leading as a Way of Life. I have the expertise to help corporate leaders refocus, redefine their vision, build their team, and key relationships, to improve personal and professional results; the method applies to all. The first in my family to go to college, I majored in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and later earned an MBA at The Wharton School. Upon discovering that my career in computer sales would be too slow a pathway to senior leadership, I joined a fast-growing high tech firm, rising to Vice President in seven years. Here I discovered how to operate in FLOW, leading five different organizational areas and experiencing exponential growth in results and profitability. This fueled my passion for helping others find the joy in making leaps toward realizing their own aspirations. My CEOs and senior leaders say they enjoy working with me because they begin working in the ZONE replacing burnout with joy, and disorder with success. We\'re on a journey of co-creation. We\'re both invested in their goal. Time is valuable - every conversation we have can be applied directly to their work. My specialties: Individuals who want to have “a life well-lived” Leaders in mid- to large-size corporations Athletes and those in athletic leadership Interested in \"a life well-lived?\" Contact me at L•••@LeadershipAtWork.us.com
