ABOUT LENORE GALE

I manage the grievance process for approximately members of CUPE 2424, administrative workers at Carleton University. I bring a solutions-focused approach to my work. I\'m also a passionate about the labour movement, which I believe can be a driving force for positive social change - we can accomplish so much as a collective. I have experience as a career coordinator with over 10 years of experience working in a post-secondary environment, where I helped students build their employability and prepare them with career readiness, to ensure that they had the tools to develop sought after skills and competencies and were able to articulate them throughout their career journey. I also have a background in the arts as a visual artist and I have experience in non-profit governance. I have board experience, and was formerly the President of the Arts Network Ottawa Board of Directors.
