This is integral to my current Project Manager/Sr. Recruiting Specialist role where strategizing with clients on open positions and sourcing candidates with niche technical backgrounds is key. This process typically involves a deep level of market research, flexibilty, and the ability to take precise direction and tranform it into an actionable plan.* Team work: I am no stranger to team work and enjoy positions where I can work independently on tasks then come together with colleagues to meet a goal. An example of this would be in my previous Commercial Account Manager role, I had been assigned a major client and they had a project that involved repairing their commercial building. I spoke to our in house GM and vendors to organize their collaboration on the project. The result was approval on a project and a strong new business relationship.* Quick learning: I am an eternal student. My toxic trait is that I will often look at an activity or position and confidently say “I can learn to do that”. I had the opportunity to put this skill to the test when I was selected as part of Emissary\'s new \"drip campaign\" software team. I learned how the product worked, optimized personalized campaigns for multiple positions, and lead team meetings (both in group and 1 on 1 settings) as well as created video tutorials for future referencing.* Factorum: Webster dictionary says this is the formal term for someone who has multiple roles within an organization. I enjoy getting involved, collaborating, and switching gears throughout the day where deadlines and projects dictate the pace.
