About Lenora Kaplan
A master communicator, with years of business operations, human resources and communications (internal and external communications) experience in Las Vegas, Chicago and New York City. Much of my career has focused on public relations and marketing communications, working with clients who are national and international in scope, in addition to small businesses. Industries include hospitality, real estate, construction, healthcare, education, professional services, sports and entertainment, to name a few. I am also a seasoned human resources professional with a speciality in talent acquisition. As the Chief of Staff at Dapper Companies, a premier commercial real estate developer and construction company in Las Vegas, my job is to oversee marketing, human resources, corporate communications, public relations, talent acquisition and special events. I also assist with day-to-day operations for the company. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating and executing award-winning ideas and programs that elevate a company\'s brand and reputation. I also leverage my communication skills to provide media training, presentation coaching and internal communications support to the company\'s leadership and staff. Talent acquisition is also a passion, securing and onboarding high level executives and field staff. Additionally, I continue to pursue my freelance writing career, producing copy for various businesses throughout the U.S.
