   Oversee daily operations for University Housing facilities for approximately beds located across 14 facilities• Develop and oversee annual budget of approximately 2 million dollars, as well as support projects using additional deferred maintenance and facility improvement funds in excess of 5 million dollars• Oversee all facility maintenance; approve scope, budget, timeline and products for maintenance projects• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate 2 Senior Managers. Additionally, provide management and leadership for a team of 6 Building Service Managers, 8 Customer Service Supervisors, approximately 85 custodial workers, and approximately 100 student workers. During the summer months, approximately 50 temporary custodial workers are added to support more frequent turnovers and summer projects• Interface with the University purchasing and capital construction offices to ensure all policies and procedures are followed• Partner with Residential Education office to ensure a quality living environment• Ensure emergency plans, preparations, and training is prepared and maintained through coordination with Auxiliary Service units and other key University departments• Ensure all housing facilities meet and exceed University and governmental health and safety regulations and requirements• Develop long-term goals and initiatives, benchmark other University and corporate housing facilities and processes to ensure USC is continually striving to provide the highest quality services and housing options• Monitor housing contracting system for occupancy levels and forecasting during school semesters and determines summer usage
