   In my role, I deliver technical knowledge and training to both clients and associates (primarily in a virtual instructor-led environment), regarding navigating, configuring, and performing key tasks within ADP applications across the human capital management spectrum. This includes recruitment and talent management, time and attendance, reporting, and health and welfare systems. I deliver content knowledge to associates regarding service excellence, and deliver to clients and associates, knowledge on developing skills sets in the areas of positive messaging, business etiquette, leadership, and other topics. I work collaboratively with instructional designers, learning consultants, and others to update and elevate course materials to support quality training delivery. I work on projects and serve on teams with others across the Enterprise Learning organization when needed to support initiatives and areas of focus.
