About Leonard Peters
The last 20 years, I have been employed in a high tech and/or engineering environment with the majority of my career spent at Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and Intelsat. Most of my roles have been customer facing in customer service management and project management supporting several top 100 companies.I have significant customer service / facing experience, substantial program and project management experience as well as program governance experience. My roles have been cross-functional working with sales, marketing, finance, engineering and legal at all levels of management. Since I am customer facing, I am the liaison between the design community and the customer. My roles have included direct and indirect people management. Many of the teams/programs I have directed have contained 10-30 people.I have a proven record as a problem solver and the ability to manage in a hostile customer environment. I am proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Oracle, Microsoft Teams, Smart Sheets and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
