Seventeen years of experience leading project teams in developing and executing energy projects. This experience includes in-depth involvement with federal/state regulated projects in both traditional and renewable energy spaces.My areas of focus are project execution and development of BESS, solar, wind, grid interconnections, and electric transmission/distribution. Extensive knowledge in PMO process, stage gate process, project finance/development, PPA and off-take negotiations, contract negotiations, EPC & equipment procurement, investment analysis, CAPEX estimation, financial and construction risk management, construction feasibilities, land negotiation and development, and municipal permitting. Whether managing a project team, or playing key role as a team member, I work extremely well in a group setting, and dedicate vast amount of time in collaborating & communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as operations, investment, development, environmental, land, legal, engineering, and management to provide best quality to the projects with greatest standard of care and integrity.
