KFF is a blended technology company that optimizes biomass and solar energy production as power sources for diverse, high-tech vertical farms that use fully-controlled environments to grow 100% natural fruits, vegetables, floral, fodder, and pharma plants. The indoor, soilless, farms are energy and water autonomous while using excess on-site power to create and manage hybrid and/or standalone “mini Clouds” that improve data control and security. KFF’s CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) ventures can supplement traditional farming in favor of better, safer food choices that lead to a more profitable industry through localism and best-in-class resources and production. Our \"SMART\" farms are self-sustaining and ecofriendly as they harvest rain and snow melt to hydrate plants and then recycle and sanitize runoff water saving natural resources. The “future farms” are eligible for sizable federal subsidies that can be stacked w/housing and healthcare. State-of-the-art platforms will grow 15x - 100x what traditional farms do in the same area and are eligible for Investment Tax Credits (ITC). We\'ll create revenue using excess energy for cyber centers to move to 8G.We proudly support Veterans, disabled persons, women\'s empowerment, affordable housing, community development and workplace diversity. We offer a learning platform to help others become entrepreneurs to own their own high-tech micro communities. We\'ll help create the next generation of \"farmers\" who are tech savvy and diverse in acumen. We offer \"micro communities\" that include retail, education, community rec facilities, ancillary businesses, tech companies, engineering, mechanics, digital media, aviation, and other endeavors. The bottom line: KFF creates a synergistic \"ag tech platform\" by blending several technologies into one (1) seamless, efficient, operating model that is orchestrated to produce food, energy and water (FEW) along with cyber security, education, healthcare and housing.

ABOUT LENNY GEIST
Building mixed-use, ag-tech campuses that include vertical farms. Sites produce and use renewable energy inside Low-Income Economic Benefit (LIEB) zones consistent with Sec. 26 US Code § 45D(e)(1)(A-B) that make them eligible for up to 60% Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for private capital. This means individuals, corporations, estate owners, trustees, capital gains beneficiaries as well as tax-exempt organizations {like NFPs} can use tax credits to participate or elect the Direct Pay option {for tax-exempts}.The Inflation Reduction Act {IRA} created $369B in subsidies to facilitate investments in renewable energy and environmental justice initiatives to include start-up organizations in sustainability. Kansas Freedom Farms intends to develop state-of-the-art indoor soilless farms in areas that have 20%+ poverty OR have an average median income of less than 80% consistent with Census tracts and NMTC boundaries. Primary development sites are slated for the rural Midwest but can be done anywhere in the country where eligible. Our vertical farms will use state-of-the-art hydroponic technology to grow safer, healthier, local foods.Sec. § 469(c)(7) exempts tax-equity investors from Passive Activity Loss (PAL) rules as the real property [ag tech campuses] that host vertical farms, data centers, entrepreneurial research, and clean energy assets are nonpassive endeavors. Tax-credit partners and/or tax-exempt entities can use federal tax credits as investment capital in lieu of their own money or receive 100% refunds for capital provided. The Gov\'t is making significant investments in renewable energy and has since the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and now through the IRA. You can partner with me and receive appreciable ROI as we advance ag, create jobs, boost local economies, enhance rural dev, support Veterans, improve education, and conduct groundbreaking exploration. What\'s better than using someone else\'s money (Govt) for investments while YOU retain profits +write-offs? The pandemic created awareness of our need for CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) so our country can become more self-reliant when developing and distributing its own food, energy, and water (FEW) resources.Contact me for more info about this technology and the \"ag tech campuses\" that grow 100% natural hydroponic foods while using solar energy to power Cloud storage services and 5G communications in Kansas and other parts of the US where it\'s needed most. By reading this summary, opportunity has knocked on your door. Answer it. Great prosperity awaits you. Seize it.
