I was born and raised in the Evansville, Indiana area. I have over 35 years experience of automated manufacturing in both the pharmaceutical and Nutritional Food & Beverage industry. I build high powered engineering teams with a common goal of driving the company\'s strategy and mission. I have had the privilidge of managing projects on a global scale in several countries including China, Thailand, Philippines, and the Netherlands. I effectively manage America\'s region capital budgets up to $300MM. I specialize in standardizing plants to bring down operating costs including standardized work, procedures, software platforms and equipment. I embrace a dynamic environment and excel during times of challenge and adversity.
