About Lenneya Murray
Lenneya is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Criminology with a focus in Legal Studies, and a minor in Sociology. As an aspiring attorney, she sees her role in the world as dedicated to advocacy and accountability. She\'s begun achieving this through her leadership within the NAACP, first serving as Second Vice President and President of the Penn State Chapter, and currently as the Second Vice President of the Pennsylvania State Youth and College Division. She has mastered oral advocacy through her dedication and successes within the Penn State Speech and Debate Team and the Penn State Mock Trial Team.Her progress in debate was recognized and awarded in her first year, as she advanced from the novice division to the open division within a matter of months, ultimately competing nationally. She then transitioned with ease from Lincoln-Douglas debate to NDT-CEDA debate in her second year, and made it to nationals yet again. She\'s interested in focusing her legal career on either criminal defense or domestic violence.
