ABOUT LENKA JUDINOVA

Hey there, I’m Lenka What gets me out of bed is passion for brands and obsessing over customer experience. I’m a strong believer that getting those details (that most overlook) right is where love for a brand is nurtured the most.Good marketing to me is about stories brands tell, centered in creativity, authenticity and humanity that AI can’t replicate. Great marketing to me is when people believe they share the same values as the company they buy from.With courage to explore the unknown, I love finding new challenges. When I was 19, I moved abroad to study Advertising and Marketing, while running a healthy dose of marketing projects on the side.I’m now working within my dream industry, across brands that mean a whole lot to me personally (Nitra spirit anyone?). I’ve held roles that gave me ownership across multiple projects and tangible impact across teams. But mostly, trust to have an impact on our customers’ experience. Chasing my career goals is equally as important to me as my recharging time. You’ll usually find me traveling in order to hit my goal of 30 under 30 countries, experimenting in the kitchen, reading, running or listening to podcasts on literally anything!
