Lead or support in identifying, defining and assessing risks and controls in accordance with Enterprise-wide risk management requirements, and related governance to ensure transparent and timely management of risk related matters (e.g, risks and events).Oversee and engage in the risk and control self-assessment process to ensure it is executed according to standards and that line management has accurately portrayed existing risks, processes, and controls.Support their business areas in defining appropriate actions to mitigate risk and manage events / incidents, in order to reduce impact and probability of risks and recurrence of events.Monitor progress against corrective and preventative actions and provide necessary challenge to line management to enable risk reduction and control improvement.Engage with Group Risk to produce risk reporting for the governance committees.
